1. Subscription Services

We offer subscription-based memberships that grant access to our postpartum telehealth services, which may include virtual consultations, educational resources, emotional support, and other care services. Details of your subscription package are outlined on our website or within the member portal.

1.1 Subscription Options

We offer various subscription tiers, which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. You may choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, subject to availability.

1.2 Access to Services

Upon successful subscription and payment, you will receive access to the Services specified in your subscription package. Access is granted for the duration of your subscription period.

 

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Subscription Fees

By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you have selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specifically provided for in these Terms.

2.2 Billing and Payment

All fees are due upon subscription, and recurring fees will be billed on a recurring basis as per the payment cycle selected. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fees, including any applicable taxes.

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any price increases before they take effect. You will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees unless required by law or for other specific circumstances. 

Membership Pause

In certain cases, we may allow you to pause your subscription for a limited time due to health or personal reasons. Please contact us for details on how to request a pause.

You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to our Services. 

Telehealth Consultations

Our telehealth consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals. These consultations are intended to provide postpartum care and guidance but should not replace in-person care with your healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate help.
